Key tasksAnalysis: Conduct and execute root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvementYou are familiar how to draw up or analyze BS/P&L/CFYou can develop an integrated financial planning and short-term cash flow forecastsMargin analysis or product costing will help you to identify starting points for improvementsYou know about basics of Process Analysis and Process ReengineeringGermany: You have experience in developing in IDW S6 / IBR, IDW S 11, basic knowledge in German insolvency lawConcept Development: Based on your analysis, you will effectively communicate complex issues and develop actionable solutions to improve the client's organization (strategic, operational, financial)Together with the team you are able to define measurable measures, both operational and financialYou are able to perform market and competitor landscape analysis, business modeling and strategic adviceHands-on consulting: Your team will be the point of contact for the client's senior management on the most pressing issuesC-level presentation and communicationHands-on approach and empathic intercourse with client’s staffPassion for crisis managementYour Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's or MBA preferredAt least 3+ years of proven consulting experience (restructuring, performance improvement, value creation, private equity or related areas)Functional expertise in either operations (production, procurement, sales) and/or finance (business planning, cash flow forecasting, controlling)Industry experience in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, construction or industrial services preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Hands-on approach to project execution.
