Luxe Talent, eine internationale Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung, die sich auf Stellenangebote für Führungskräfte und dem mittleren Management in den Bereichen Mode, Luxus, Einzelhandel, Lebensmittel und Getränke, Gastgewerbe und FMCG spezialisiert hat, sucht für eine Luxusmarke einen Client Advisor (m/w/d) in Hamburg. In unserer Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Unternehmen im Luxus-, Premium- und High-Premium-Sektor in ganz Europa zusammen. Dabei haben wir Büros an strategischen Standorten wie Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Mailand, Amsterdam, Lissabon und Berlin. Aufgaben als Client Advisor: • Du empfängst Kund:innen herzlich und repräsentierst die Marke mit Stil und Leidenschaft, vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Verkaufsabschluss. • Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen intuitiv und präsentierst Kollektionen mit Begeisterung, Fachwissen und Sinn für Ästhetik. • Du kennst jedes Detail unserer Produkte und inspirierst durch kompetente Beratung sowie passende Empfehlungen. • Du pflegst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen, bleibst auch nach dem Kauf zentrale Ansprechperson und sorgst für eine professionelle Nachbetreuung bei Service- oder Reparaturanfragen. • Du trägst aktiv zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele bei, setzt Strategien um und förderst durch deine Leistung den Erfolg des gesamten Stores. • Du achtest auf eine makellose Präsentation der Boutique und gewährleistest, dass jedes Detail dem Markenimage entspricht. • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, teilst Wissen, unterstützt Kolleg:innen und begleitest neue Teammitglieder während ihrer Einarbeitung.Anforderungen als Client Advisor: • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im gehobenen Einzelhandel mit vorzugsweise im Luxussegment und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Qualität und Ästhetik. • Du begeisterst dich für den persönlichen Kundenkontakt, verstehst es, individuelle Wünsche zu erkennen, und gestaltest einzigartige Einkaufserlebnisse. • Dein Auftreten ist souverän, deine Kommunikation klar und charmant gepaart mit Empathie und einem feinen Gespür für unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten. • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und trägst durch deinen Einsatz und Teamgeist zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei. • Du agierst flexibel bei wechselnden Arbeitszeiten, bleibst auch in dynamischen Situationen ruhig und handelst stets lösungsorientiert. • Du lernst schnell, bringst technisches Verständnis für Produkte mit und kannst Kund:innen Serviceprozesse oder kleinere Reparaturen verständlich erklären. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, Englischkenntnisse ein Plus. • Du gehst sicher mit CRM-Systemen und gängigen Office-Programmen um.
