Investment Manager/Associate

We are partnering with an entrepreneurial private equity fund based in Munich. The focus is on European mid-cap companies within Western Europe. To strengthen their investment team, they are looking for a motivated Investment Manager with a genuine passion for Technology. Tasks Direct involvement and assumption of responsibility in all aspects of the transactions, from acquisition to successful exit. Conducting market and competitive analyses across all industries and business models. Preparing comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models. Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies. Preparing and presenting presentations, reports and analyses. Requirements 2-3 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction consulting or management consulting. Independent performance of balance sheet, P&L, cashflow analysis, company valuation and financial modelling. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills combined with a structured approach to work. High level of commitment, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking. Team player with a hands-on mentality.
