JOB DESCRIPTION Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in the Life Sciences market (Germany - Frankfurt Area). Ecolab Life Sciences is focused on developing and commercializing cleaning & disinfection solutions for Global manufacturers of Pharmaceutical and Personal Care, Health and Beauty products. Our global workforce of over 48,000 employees is consistently delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.What Will You Do:Drive new customer acquisition with a hunter approach to expand our market presence in cosmetic industriesManage significant deal volume and target account pipelinesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunitiesRespond to inbound lead generation, leverage sales experience and skills to close new accountsLeverage knowledge of Personal Care industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers, cultivating relationships with key stakeholdersConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitorsProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipelineCollaborate with internal stakeholders to win new businessActively participate in strategic industry seminars, trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts, generate leads and stay informed about Personal Care industry developmentsYour profile:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approachIdeally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care)Willingness to travel in GermanyStrong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skillsLanguage: German and EnglishAnalytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature, strong learning agility, and a proactive hands-on approachProject management, organizational and planning skillsThe solution is you Are you ready?Our recruiters are looking forward to your application.#li-euOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
