For our partner company in the social and healthcare sector, we are looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) for digitization as part of direct recruitment (permanent position with our client).

You will be responsible for providing support and internal consulting for digitization projects with a focus on software implementations . In addition to your role as a consultant , you will also act as an application manager and take on requirements management , communication with service providers and manage the implementation phase. You will also support the employees in the use of the software/applications and thus combine the technical with the project-related tasks.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

Management and implementation of digitalization projects Analysis of requirements and business processes Planning and supporting the implementation phase of new software solutions Supporting end users in the use of the software (support, troubleshooting, questions) Communication with the manufacturers to configure and adapt the software Ongoing optimization of the software / applications Creation of training materials, instructions and documentation

Your profile

Experience in the use of specific software from the social services sector (e.g. Connext Vivendi or other information systems and applications) Initial experience in project management Knowledge of the processes of social or healthcare institutions Knowledge of software configuration or an interest in familiarizing yourself with this subject area is desirable Willingness to provide service, customer orientation and communication skills Very good written and spoken German
