Your missionHello and welcome to your latest opportunity with us here at Sungrow; we are looking for a Key Account Manager for PV and ESS in Germany. The position starts as a limited 1 year contract, as parental leave cover.As part of a global, multicultural and fast-growing team, you will be responsible for rolling up your sleeves to manage and develop new and existing key accounts.Taking ownership, staying open-minded and flexible are essential to succeed in this role.Here`s what You'll DoManage our existing key accounts and develop strategic accounts in the German PV and ESS marketAct as the account owner – handle and negotiate contracts, internal point of contact for your portfolio of clients support Work with various stakeholders and train them on how to present our solutionsVisit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferencesWork on precise forecasts and market updatesAnalyse customer needs, market trends in the energy market and optimizing the sales processContribution to the sales team and cooperation with project development on the successful implementation of projectsYour profileOk, that sounds fascinating, doesn't it? As you can see, we need a real people connector here, so here is what you need to bring with you:4+ years of proven experience as account manager, preferably in the PV and/or ESS sector In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and ESS market in the EUStructured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impactFlexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to detailsEffective communication and strong organization skillGerman and English both at C1 levelWhy us?We are proud to say that we are not only leading the renewable energy discourse, we are also providing the solutions.
