JOIN OUR TEAMAs Intern Retail Marketing you will support our Store Marketing in planning and executing marketing initiatives that boost Store awareness, traffic, and sales conversion in our Westwing Stores. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, get hands-on experience in retail marketing, and help our Store to thrive commercially. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DOsupport in creating and coordinating store awareness and traffic-driving marketing initiativesorganise in-store events and sales-conversion campaignsresearch market trends, competitor activity, and local insightswork closely with Store Managers to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities on the groundhelp track the performance of initiatives and prepare reports and summaries of key learningssupport the planning of new store openings, including event preparation and partner outreachmanage small projects independently and take ownership of operational tasks as neededYOU COME WITHyou are currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications or a similar field (or have recently graduated)first experience in marketing – ideally in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or similar consumer brandsstrong organisational skills and a hands-on mindset – you enjoy making things happencreativity, an eye for aesthetics, and strong attention to detailconfident using PowerPoint and Excel; basic Adobe skills are a plusyou communicate clearly and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholdersexcellent written and spoken language skills in both German and EnglishWHY WESTWINGAside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
