As part of our global vertical structure, you will collaborate closely with international peers and senior leaders, giving you visibility and influence well beyond the local market. You will take ownership of high-priority projects from launch to scale and ensure they deliver tangible business impact, combining strategic problem-solving with hands-on leadership in one of eBay’s most exciting growth areas.What You Will AccomplishIn this role, you will:Drive the operational launch and execution of new strategic initiatives in the Collectibles space, ensuring seamless coordination across product, operations, and marketing teams.Accelerate adoption and performance of innovative programs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.Partner with senior leaders to prepare strategy updates, business cases, and stakeholder communications, driving alignment across the organization.Contribute to future growth projects, from pilot design through to rollout, building repeatable frameworks that deliver long-term business results.Leverage analytics and market insights to guide decision-making, track performance, and measure impact.What You Will BringWe are looking for someone who:Has 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or in e-commerce with a strong focus on strategy and cross-functional program leadership.Thrives in a fast-paced, strongly growing environment, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.Demonstrates strong project management skills, balancing multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups effectively.Possesses excellent communication skills, creating impactful narratives for both executive and cross-functional audiences.Brings a structured, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and tangible results.Is fluent in English (German a strong plus).Please see the for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
