Verstärken Sie jetzt unser Team Group Manager (m/f/d) Creation Sweet - Fulltime (37,5 hrs. / week) Full Time 53909 Zülpich, Deutschland Leadership Role 11/19/25 Your tasks: Leading the team Creation Sweet (Beverages, Dairy, Confectionary, Bakery, Oral Care) for the EMEA region, reporting to the Director Sweet (Creation & Application) Organizing the team Creation Sweet (Flavorists and Lab Assistants) and ensuring the delivery of agreed projects in close collaboration with relevant teams (Application, Analytics, Sensory, etc.) Development of new Flavors based on customer projects, pro-active projects and personal creativity The work generally involves matching of competitor Flavors and development of Top-note-, Powder Blended- and Spray dried Flavors Optimization and modification of existing Flavors for special applications and/or for harmonization/rationalization purposes Professionally use analytical and/or sensory data for development of Flavors Evaluation of new raw materials Cooperate with Application Teams for evaluation & development of Flavors & Applications Support our Sales team & customers with relevant consulting, visits, trainings and workshops Your profile: We prefer a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Chemistry Experience in managing a team Years of experience in the Flavor industry  Current job title Flavorist or Senior Flavorist Experience with development of Top-note- & Powder Blended Flavors Willingness to travel abroad (EMEA region) up to 10% of working time Knowledge of Sweet Applications (Beverages, Dairy, Confectionary, Bakery, Oral Care) Good knowledge of spoken and written English language - Good knowledge of spoken and written German language is an advantage You are able to work autonomously but also in a team and a multi-cultural environment Benefits: Continuous development 30 days of vacation per year Flexible working hours Accident insurance Capital-forming payments Job bike Equal opportunities for all:We welcome applications from people who are as diverse as we are - for example, regardless of age, disability, ethnic origin and nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation or social background.
