We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.   What you'll build  Be a design support for the related EPT team, advocating for user needsCollaborate with stakeholders, product designers, user researchers, developers, and others to understand user needs and product requirementsConduct user research and drive solution validation, e.g, interviews, surveys, usability tests, to inform design and product decisionsCreate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma using our SAP Fiori design system to visualize and test design conceptsPresent your ideas and solutions, gather feedback, and drive alignment across product and engineering stakeholdersAlign with the design lead on repressible tasks and prioritiesProactively seeking feedback, refine and reiterate on the conceptBe able to provide at least 20 hours to the dedicated team Hands-On Design Experience: Gain practical experience by working on user interfaces for cutting-edge projects, directly impacting product developmentDynamic and Innovative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of technological innovation, staying updated with the latest trends in UX and AIImpactful Projects: Participate in impactful projects that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of technology and innovationExpert Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals in UI/UX design, User Research and related fieldsCollaborative Culture: Work in a collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and diverse perspectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement What you will bring  Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciencesCurrently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field Computer skills:  Proficiency in design tools (Figma)Experience with prototyping tools and techniquesA strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projectsAI tools (such as Loveable) and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusLanguage skills:  Proficiency in English is essentialSoft skills: Curious, creative team playerStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyKeen attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiencesKnowledge in Design Systems and the business process management world is a plusWorking from Berlin or Munich office (at least 1-3 days/week) is required  Where you belong You will be part of the highly collaborative and creative Business Modeling & Governance design team that encourages free and open expression of ideas and is happy to share their knowledge with you.
