Your missionAt Wandelbots, we believe a well-managed office is the heartbeat of innovation. As our Facilities & Office Manager, you'll be the master of our workspace symphony, seamlessly blending hands-on problem-solving with meticulous administration and coordination. From troubleshooting everyday challenges to coordinating office logistics and fostering a collaborative atmosphere, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our team humming with creativity and efficiency.Responsibilities:Manage building-related issues and repairs, while overseeing office logistics.Support automation engineers in setting up robot cells and warehouse operations.Lead and coordinate our facility management team to maintain operational readiness.Manage fleet and travel expenses to optimize efficiency.Foster a collaborative office culture and support internal teams as needed.Your profileProven experience in office and facility management roles.Strong technical background to solve onsite problems directly.Interest in emerging technologies such as 3D printing.Open-minded with a can-do attitude, willing to support wherever needed.Fluency in German and English languages.Willingness to work onsite most of the time.Why us?Make an impactWork on an innovative, deep tech product that adds value to the robotics world and to society Become a crucial part of something new, big and exciting where you can truly make an impactOur teams inspireCross-functional communication is key.
