We are looking for a Tendering Specialist/Ausschreibungsspezialist - Fluent German with English skills to handle public tenders for all our sales and service areas. You will work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timely submission of tender documents. You will coordinate and plan the contributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback to the sales and service team about the current status of the tenders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Timely submission of complete tender documents on the relevant platforms
  • Compilation of complete tender documents and ensuring the correct signing of documents according to the company's authorizations
  • Coordination of activities among team members involved in the tender to ensure timely submission
  • Identification of public tenders in our target segments by analyzing publications on various platforms
  • Review of legal requirements for public tenders

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS systems
  • Good German and English skills, written and spoken. Italian would be a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
  • Availability to work full-time onsite at our offices in Wetzlar (Germany).
