Since the 1983 release of the Family Computer (Famicom) system in Japan, and continuing through Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo’s focus has been the development, manufacturing, and sale of its gaming systems and software.At Nintendo, we bring together employees with a wide range of characteristics and work together towards a common goal – to put smiles on the faces of people all over the world.TasksProviding legal advice with a focus on European information technology law and data protection lawAdvising Nintendo of Europe business units, as well as Nintendo Japan Legal and developers on technology-related legal matters and projects concerning the European regionSupporting legal drafting and review of letters, contracts and other IT law or data protection-related documents for the European regionCollaborating with and receiving guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the teamRequirementsGerman law degree; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IT law would be a plusIdeally several years post-qualification work experienceExcellent knowledge of German civil law, IT law, and privacy lawsExcellent written and spoken English and German language skillsVery good communication skills paired with a team oriented mindset and diligent working styleAre you interested?
