The tasks also include budget management and monitoring projects with regard to status, target achievement and use of funds.This is what it's all about for youDevelopment, implementation and maintenance of the information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with BSI standardstoand ISO/IEC 27001Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. HITSiG, NIS-2, ISLL-Hessen, GDPR)Creating and updating security concepts, guidelines and processesCarrying out risk analyses and deriving measures to minimize risksParticipating in the creation of emergency plans and carrying out regular emergency drillsResponsibility for incident response management (detection, analysis and response to security incidents)Coordination of vulnerability management (identification, assessment and treatment of vulnerabilities)Securing interfaces, communication channels and IT infrastructureProviding specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. CISO, departmental information security officers, HZD customers)Implementation of training and awareness measures for employeesClose coordination with specialist departments, committees (e.g. Information Security Working Group, HZD Steering Committee) and external partnersRegular reporting to the management level and documentation of security measuresActive participation in the further development of the IT security architecture and integration of new technologiesYou've come to the right place if you..have successfully completed a university degree (university diploma or master's degree) in IT security / IT security, computer science or an IT-related subjecthave at least two years of relevant professional experience in operational IT security in a complex technical environment, ideally in public administrationhave advanced knowledge of networks, technical components and operating systems as well as good knowledge of common IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27x series, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
