Examination of existing SCM processes and workflows as well as collection of technical requirements from purchasing, logistics, import, QA, finance and IT. Design and system selection Creation of the target architecture and integration concepts (e.g. ERP, transport, product data, CSR) as well as participation in tendering and vendor evaluation Implementation and rollout Supporting the introduction of the SCM platform including migration, testing, training and change management to ensure a scalable and process-integrated solution. Operational responsibility and service management Ensuring stable operations, coordination of internal and external partners and responsibility for incident, problem and change processes. Compliance and performance monitoring Checking data quality, interface availability, authorizations and compliance with defined SLAs as well as monitoring performance and system stability. Further development and process integration Initiating automation and optimization, integrating the platform into other business processes and supporting the specialist departments in the digital transformation. Your profile You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail or comparable training You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and in dealing with ticket and monitoring systems Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as your structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good German and English skills round off your profile We offer you Work-life balance A flexible working time model and the option to work from home.
