Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Abschlus s pr ozess, von der Buchung bis zum Reporting. Dies beinhaltet die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien, Compliance-Anforderungen und internen Kontrollen. Indem du Prozesskennzahlen überwachst und entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ableitest, garantierst du einen effizienten und fehlerfreien Ablauf.
  • Als Teilprojektleiter:in für die Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems im Bereich " Record to Report" spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Digitalisierung unseres Berichtswesens. Du koordinierst Anforderungsanalysen, Konfiguration, Tests und Schulungen und unterstützt die betroffenen Bereiche mit deinem Fachwissen.
  • Deine Initiative zur kontinuierlichen Überprüfung und Verbesserung unserer Berichtsprozesse trägt maßgeblich zur Effizienzsteigerung bei. Du identifizierst und eliminiert Engpässe, optimierst Abläufe und hältst Ausschau nach neuen Technologien und Best Practices.
  • Die Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und die Analyse von Daten und Trends liegen ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Du lieferst damit wertvolle Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und trägst zur Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen bei.


Anforderungen
  • Du verfügst über ein b etriebswirtschaft liches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business oder Geschäftsprozessmanagement , oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation .
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Geschäftsprozessmanagement, idealerweise Projekterfahrung im " Record to Report "-Bereich, mit. Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Transformation und Change-Management sowie eine technische Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Tools zeichnen dich aus.
  • Deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und deine strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise ermöglichen es dir, komplexe Sachverhalte effektiv zu bearbeiten und zu optimieren.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig sowie im Team zu arbeiten, sind unerlässlich. Du kommunizierst klar und effektiv mit allen Stakeholdern, auch auf internationaler Ebene in englischer Sprache.
