Teamleiter InstandhaltungWe are looking for a skilled Team Leader for Maintenance to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team. This team is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and assets function optimally at all times.The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians who share our passion for teamwork and excellent leadership skills.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance team within a shift and ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their tasks efficiently.This includes monitoring processes to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, as well as implementing proactive maintenance measures to maximize uptime of our facilities.You will also identify areas for improvement during your shift and suggest changes to make our systems even more efficient and productive. These suggestions will then be implemented across Europe.
