Unser Auftraggeber gehört zu den führenden Unternehmen im Bereich digitaler Lösungen für das Gesundheitswesen und ist international aktiv. Tausende Mitarbeitende weltweit arbeiten daran, moderne, sichere und anwenderfreundliche Software bereitzustellen, die den medizinischen Alltag erleichtert und die Gesundheitsversorgung nachhaltig verbessert. In einem innovativen Umfeld mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum kannst Du aktiv dazu beitragen, wie das Gesundheitssystem von morgen aussieht. Du leitest ein internationales Team bestehend aus Entwickler:innen, QA, DevOps und Scrum Master und begleitest den vollständigen agilen Entwicklungsprozess. Du kümmerst Dich um Onboarding, Training und Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden und definierst Standards und Prozesse für die Rekrutierung. Du baust die Organisation weiter aus, etablierst skalierbare agile Strukturen und formst mehrere eigenständige Scrum-Teams, inklusive der Integration internationaler Kolleg:innen. Du bereitest technische Konzepte für Management-Entscheidungen vor und verantwortest zudem die Umsetzung, Prüfung und Dokumentation technischer Maßnahmen. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein Studium wie Informatik, Software Engineering, Computer Science o. Ä. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung agiler Entwicklungsteams und fundierte Praxis in der Anwendung von Scrum. Hintergrund in der Desktop-Softwareentwicklung – ob Frontend, Backend oder Full-Stack. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in relevanten Technologien, z. B. C#/.NET oder C++ , sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
