Elektroniker im Facility Management sind für den reibungslosen Betrieb der technischen Anlagen in einem Objekt eines Kunden verantwortlich. Sie können als Haustechniker in einem festen Objekt oder als mobiler Servicetechniker eingesetzt werden.Aufgaben:Eigenverantwortliche Wartung und Instandhaltung elektrischer Anlagen und SystemeStörungsanalyse und -behebung vor Ort bei einem unserer KundenDurchführung von Prüfungen gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 3Digitale Dokumentation der durchgeführten ArbeitenBetreuung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen (z. B. Stromversorgung, Beleuchtung, MSR-Technik)Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Ansprechpartnern vor OrtVoraussetzungen:Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Energie- und GebäudetechnikErste Erfahrung in der elektrischen Gebäudetechnik, Haustechnik im Facility Management oder technischen Service wünschenswertSelbstständige und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseGute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftKundenorientiertes Auftreten & TeamgeistFührerschein Klasse B
