As the owner of the transformation roadmap, you ensure alignment across all business functions and country organizations Collaborating closely with the System Integrator and other partners - you define and embed a comprehensive program methodology into existing structures—covering everything from initial design to post-Go-Live support such as Hypercare By taking a proactive approach, you manage external and cross-workstream dependencies to ensure seamless integration within the overall transformation plan You implement clear reporting structures and define KPIs that enable transparent progress tracking and support data-driven decision-making With a strong focus on capability building, you lead the development of a dedicated change management team and foster internal S/4HANA expertise, particularly for greenfield implementations 10+ years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably with SAP S/4HANA 5+ years in program or transformation management roles, ideally in multinational or multi-domain environments Proven track record in greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, including design, deployment, test and cut-over Experience working with System Integrators and external partners to align methodologies and deliverables Knowledge of program governance, dependency mapping, and risk management in transformation contexts Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Your freedom: pro rata mobile working and flexible working hours Your team: open, familiar, appreciative culture incl. team events Your environment: dynamic, innovative and agile working environment Your role: high level of personal responsibility and freedom to implement your ideas Your development: regular trainings and seminars in our academy Your four-legged friend: dogs are welcome in our offices (campus) Your health: numerous offers for preventive care, fitness, Yoga@work, etc. Your benefits: employee discounts, company leasing bikes, company pension plan and much more
