Job Overview:This role leads and controls projects for complex digital solutions from integrated edge devices to UI/applications.You will manage interfaces between project teams, customer divisions, and suppliers.Your goal is to support product owners in creating business cases, delivery milestones, and KPIs.You will estimate and manage efforts and costs.Challenge your team to cover all needed surrounding aspects such as integration, testing, security, and privacy.Stakeholder communication and reporting are essential parts of this job.Responsibilities:Academic degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.More than 7 years of practical experience in managing digital solution projects, distributed systems, and/or big automotive projects in the area of car networks, autonomous driving, fleet management, or similar.Deep experience in classical and agile project management methods & strong analytical capabilities.Technical knowledge in distributed systems, testing, integration, operations, and a strong focus on product vision.Able to integrate and drive the team to success with a strong focus on the product vision.Digital native with very good experience in using modern tools and services, sales experience could be an advantage.Fluent in English and German (spoken, written).What You Will Achieve:Successful project delivery through effective leadership and stakeholder management.Established relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Improved processes and efficiency through innovative approaches.Developed and implemented comprehensive project plans.Maintained high-quality standards through rigorous quality control measures.
