Deep sim racing knowledge and passion (hardware + software). Excellent English; other languages a plus. Precise mechanical assembly of cockpits and components; careful handling and tidy cabling. Fast, calm troubleshooting and a proactive, courteous style with athletes, partners, and customers. Willing to travel internationally and work some weekends during events. Nice to Have Knowledge of the Fanatec ecosystem (hardware and software). Computer hardware and networking knowledge. Inventory/spares handling and ESD-safe practices. Basic German for local coordination.
