Training: A 12-week training program led by a specialized recruitment consultant who will guide you every step of the way.

Competitive Base Salary, Unlimited Commission, and No Earning Caps: While this might sound standard, we stay market-competitive, ensuring the harder you work, the more you earn-simple as that.Your Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
Business development and lead generation.
Actively sourcing and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels.
Acting as the bridge between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Posting job ads on various platforms.
Becoming a market expert to advise clients and candidates on recruitment processes and career opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

An open and approachable personality with great listening skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of people.
Initial experience or internships in sales are a plus (not mandatory).
Strong time management skills to achieve your goals.
Patience and persistence to build your market and ensure long-term success.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships.
Excellent German and English skills at C1 level.
