European Commodity Clearing AG | Technology Migration Expert

We're seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our software development/engineering team. As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and improve our development tools and infrastructure.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll:
- Develop and maintain our development and release processes
- Collaborate with development teams to fully utilize our target platforms
- Contribute to setting up the roadmap for our public cloud migration and technology utilization
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Practical knowledge in developing engineering applications for large corporations
- Experience with Git and Git workflows, Openshift, K8s(GKE), Public Cloud and Linux
- Good knowledge of relevant tools and technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker)
- Experience in developing with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Java, Python)
- Knowledge in using ElasticSearch, Prometheus and observability
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Able to provide guidance for colleagues and management
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
