Wir suchen eine engagierte und analytisch denkende Person, die sich für die Rolle des Vorstandsassistenten Human Resources & General Services begeistert hat.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Erstellung von Daten- und Unternehmensanalysen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen sowie deren Protokollierung
  • Erarbeitung von Präsentationen und Vorträgen und Mitarbeit an Projekten
  • Unterstützung von Gremienarbeit
  • Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Presseinformationen bzw. -mitteilungen
Ihre Rolle

Als Vorstandsassistent Human Resources & General Services werden Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen spielen. Sie werden Ihr Wissen erfolgreich in der Praxis einbringen und den Vorstand optimal unterstützen.

Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Exzellent abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Jura, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Mathematik
  • Gutes Grundverständnis des Versicherungsmarktes und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Hervorragende analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verschwiegenheit und Flexibilität
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Engagement
