Electrical Sales Manager

About the Role

Lem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Key Account Manager to accelerate our growth in the German market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers in a dedicated region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Product Promotion: Proactively promote Lem's product portfolio and roadmap to existing customers and new prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets, while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering and purchasing teams, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local field application engineers and R&D teams to streamline project development and improve sales tools and process efficiency.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable insights to the global product management team on market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, highlighting key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in electrical engineering or electronics, with a complementary business degree a plus.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in power electronics or semi-conductor business, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Skills: Excellent judgment, negotiation, and business skills, with the ability to sell internally and externally at all levels to all functions.
  • Language: Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Germany, up to 30% of the time.
