Das Architecture Team der ProSiebenSat.1 Tech Solutions GmbH entwickelt unternehmensübergreifende Lösungen im Bereich IT Enterprise Architektur. Unser Team arbeitet sowohl strategisch konzeptionell in der Begleitung von digitalen Transformationsprogrammen als auch hands-on in Integrationsprojekten von neuen IT-Applikationen.
Deine Rolle
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der gestalterischen Modellierung von Geschäftsmodellen und Geschäftsprozessen und deren Abbildung auf Enterprise-Architekturen
- Du übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeit in Programmen zur digitalen Transformation, Konsolidierung und Integration in der Medienlandschaft
- Zudem unterstützt und leitest du den Prozess der fachlichen Anforderungsanalyse und erarbeitest schrittweise fachliche Architekturmodelle von der initialen Modellierung bis zu abgestimmten Zielarchitekturen
- Du erstellst Transformations- und Migrationsplanungen und kommunizierst in enger Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern erforderliche Roadmaps zur Zielerreichung
- Deine Aufgaben sind eingebettet in einen übergreifenden Enterprise Architecture Management-Prozess - Hier bist du ein aktiver Bestandteil in der Begleitung von organisationsweiten strategischen Initiativen und übernimmst typische Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Enterprise Governance, Change- und Risk-Management sowie die Gestaltung von Architecture Maturity Modellen und des Architecture Repositories
Was wir von dir erwarten
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Idealerweise verfügst du über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im fachlichen IT Business Consulting oder im IT Software Engineering
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Abstraktions-, Modellierungs- und Konzeptionsstärke
- Du bist vertraut mit gängigen Methoden der fachlichen Anforderungsanalyse, der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen und modernen cloudbasierten Architekturmustern
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Ausgestaltung und Moderation von Workshops mit Fach- und IT-Abteilungen und verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf Leitungsebene
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
