Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer (m/w/d) for Accessory Development to join our team at our Pirmasens location. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and designing accessory parts and systems, taking into account country- and customer-specific requirements with a focus on sight protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop accessory parts and systems, considering country- and customer-specific requirements with a focus on sight protection
• Independently develop solutions to technical problems
• Implement concepts and develop and optimize accessory parts and systems
• Evaluate and approve designs
• Plan and monitor projects for development, design, and solution implementation
• Participate in trade shows

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technical Product Designer (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Desirable: Further training as a Master (m/w/d), Technician (m/w/d), or study in the field of design and development, engineering FH/DH
• Experience in construction, extrusion, injection molding, machine building, or window manufacturing
• Proficient in CAD systems (Siemens, NX, Autocad 16)
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, TeamCenter)
• Good English skills
• High motivation, structured approach, and quick understanding, as well as a customer- and service-oriented working style
• National and international travel readiness
