Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic international expansion team at Celonis. As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will oversee and guide both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.

Requirements:

  • A background in either Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and talent pools.
  • End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
