Job Description

We are a leading market research company, CXG, operating in the luxury-premium industry, seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with our team of experienced professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience of iconic brands across various touchpoints, with the goal of helping our clients better understand the luxury-premium markets and their customers.

Our clients primarily belong to the fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, and automotive industries. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality research and insights, contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research-based activities on the luxury and fashion markets
  • Gather data through various channels, including in-store visits, surveys, focus groups, and online research
  • Complete reports based on your findings
  • Provide recommendations based on your research

Requirements

  • Native German speaker or fully proficient in the language
  • Passion for the luxury and/or fashion industry and/or shopping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No previous experience required
