Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the commercialization of our breakthrough technology. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of renewable energy and drive innovation in solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop innovative 3D/2D concepts and create precise manufacturing drawings to support the production of high-quality solar wafers.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage the testing, commissioning, and assembly of equipment to ensure operational excellence and efficiency in our production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing plants and evaluating new equipment to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Apply material science knowledge to select proper design materials and provide valuable input in design reviews and team collaboration.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships and oversee technical specifications for procurement to ensure timely delivery and quality of components.
- Utilize advanced CAD skills and support the development of digital manufacturing documents to streamline our production processes.
- A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in Material Science, particularly in furnace and CVD applications.
- Graphite vacuum furnace experience is highly desirable.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
