About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to enhance the digital services provided by our public sector organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding, and deploying responsive web applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and reusable UI components using front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Ensure that web applications are accessible, easy to use, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and project managers to integrate front-end solutions with back-end systems.
  • Regularly test web applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure feature compatibility and responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
Requirements:
  • Technical or scientific degree or comparable training (qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience in front-end development and/or software testing
  • Strong experience in working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with RESTful principles and API design for building and consuming web services
  • Ability to work with RESTful APIs to fetch and manipulate data dynamically in web applications
  • Ability to share knowledge, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Good level of German and English language (min B2)
