Retail Media Operations Manager

As a key member of the Brand Relations and Retail Media Team at ABOUT YOU, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our retail media campaigns and providing strategic consultancy to our retailer brands. You will use data to demonstrate the value of marketing campaigns on ABOUT YOU and showcase how they can be an integral part of a brand's marketing strategy to stay top of mind with consumers. We partner with leading fashion brands to develop digital strategies that drive brand engagement, awareness, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom dashboards using Google BigQuery and Looker Studio to analyze and visualize retail media campaign data, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
- Set up and track trial campaigns, optimizing campaign set-ups to maximize performance.
- Present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and retailer brands.
- Collect client feedback and create surveys to inform tool optimizations.
- Brief technical departments on new feature implementations, tracking requirements, and in-house tool enhancements.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration or data science.
- First work experience in e-commerce or data science.
- Programming language skills (e.g., SQL, SOQL) are an advantage.
- Excellent English skills.
- Independent and solution-oriented work style.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A passionate team player.
