We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our team at Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare software solutions. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software product management and contribute to real-world projects in the exciting healthcare space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Support in research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and feedback to provide insights that will inform product decisions.
  • Feature Development/Requirements Gathering: Collaborate in cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities such as tracking tasks and communicating updates to the team. Identify and address potential roadblocks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product features, specifications, and processes. Keep records updated and easily accessible to the team.
  • Analysis/Metrics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Prepare reports and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders. Contribute to regular status updates, meetings, and presentations.

Your Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Medicine or a related discipline (or have a medical background).
  • Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. German language skill would be a plus.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong interest in software products, technology trends, and a willingness to learn about software product management - Passion for Technology
