About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading our supply strategy and planning, ensuring ingredients availability at the most optimum supply chain setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead category service level, ensuring that ingredients are available on time and in-full from our suppliers to all markets
  • Develop and implement emergency management and allocation management processes to minimize errors
  • Influence and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments and local markets
  • Establish and improve processes, frameworks, and procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Participate and lead workstreams in projects, driving data-driven decision making
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, including roles involving procurement, warehousing, or distribution operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management; Master's degree highly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline supply chain processes and drive efficiency
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive supply chain analyses, interpreting data, and recommending actionable strategies to optimize operations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading small to medium-sized projects and driving process improvements
  • Proficiency in advanced supply chain software and the ability to leverage these tools to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to utilize complex formulas, perform advanced data analysis, create dynamic reports with pivot tables and pivot charts, and build and use macros to automate routine tasks
  • Proven ability to analyze data, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement within supply chain operations
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
