Ticket Inspector

Job Summary:

Deutsche Bildungs- und Sicherheitslösungen GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fahrkartenkontrolleur (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting ticket inspections, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate ticket inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a security or transportation-related role
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
