Business Development Manager for National Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at CSL Seqirus.
This role will focus on establishing long-term business partnerships with National Accounts and increasing market share through close collaboration with our cross-functional team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German health market and pharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent strategy and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the enhancement of Seqirus profile and presence in Germany.
- Deliver market share increase with National Accounts following target settings.
- Focusing on assigned national key accounts and customers, including occupational health customers, wholesalers, purchasing groups, and tenders.
- Maintaining relationships with regional stakeholders and national key accounts.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or business field.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the German health market and pharmaceutical industry.
- Strategy and planning mindset.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of €90,000 - €120,000.
