About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Server to join our team at the Munich Marriott City West. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming interaction
  • Provide expert recommendations and guidance on our culinary offerings
  • Manage multiple tables and areas with ease, maintaining a high level of service even in busy periods
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry, implementing new ideas and concepts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence
  • Contribute to the development of our team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed
  • Participate in social media and marketing initiatives, showcasing our hotel's offerings and experiences

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, with a strong background in fine dining service
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional service, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
  • A team player with a strong sense of camaraderie, able to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A winning attitude, with a can-do approach and a passion for delivering results
