Airport Safety Director

Lux-Airport, the leading aerodrome operator in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced Airport Safety Manager to join its team. This challenging role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the airport and providing a quality service to passengers.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in a similar function and at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role. Fluency in French, English, and German is mandatory, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure its continuous improvement.
• Assume responsibility for Safety Postholder in accordance with EASA definitions.
• Develop and implement safety assessments, investigations, and KPIs.
• Lead the safety department, consisting of senior experts, analysts, and administrative support.
• Define and approve safety-related trainings and manage the hazard log.
