About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating reports and analyses, monitoring and optimizing campaigns, and contributing to the development of new performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Create data-driven reports and analyses to inform marketing decisions
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on common KPIs, and derive recommendations for action
  • Support in the planning, implementation, and execution of new performance marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Ongoing studies in economics or a comparable field
  • Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Quick comprehension and structured work approach
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally, already gained initial practical experience in performance marketing
  • Communication and organizational skills, teamwork, as well as proactivity
