About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Schunk Group. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating our data engineering processes on the Schunk Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines in collaboration with our data scientists and software experts.
  • Develop and maintain complex data integrations from on-premises, cloud-based (e.g., SAP, MSSQL, Fileshares), and IoT systems.
  • Plan, integrate, and operate various source systems within our Schunk Data Lakes.
  • Ensure uniform principles and standards for our ETL processes across multiple business units.
  • Work in an agile environment and develop automated test cases for our applications.
