Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Grid Connection Specialist to join our Grid Field Operations Offshore team. As part of this role, you will contribute to enabling the GFO-O-1GW community to achieve their goals by working closely with the 1GW Head and his team, who manage the 1GW Execution Areas within the business unit GFO-O.


About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for securing the supply of today and tomorrow to contribute to a successful European energy transition. This requires regular reflection on performance and continuous development of business activities. You will work in a dynamic environment with a diverse team to ensure the integrity and safety of our assets while maximizing their availability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of GFO-O-1GW goals by working closely with the 1GW Head and his team.
  • Secure the supply of today and tomorrow to contribute to a successful European energy transition.
  • Regularly reflect on performance and continuously develop business activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as experience in offshore grid connection systems and interconnectors in the North Sea. A strong understanding of business operations and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential.


What We Offer

As an Offshore Grid Connection Specialist at TenneT TSO GmbH, you will enjoy a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also benefit from a 37-hour working week, unlimited contract, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
