About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Project Management team as a Junior Project Manager International Projects. In this role, you will provide support to interdisciplinary, international project teams and assist experienced project managers with the management of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing project documentation and presentations, updating project management software, and coordinating with team members.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Support the project management team in the planning, steering, and controlling of projects, including monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Contribute to the development of project management standards and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in project management or a related field, or a strong desire to pursue a career in project management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
