About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Facility Manager to join medneo GmbH as a Technical Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical facilities and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers in technical building management.
  • Develop and implement project plans for maintenance, renovations, and construction work, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate and monitor external service providers, identifying technical building equipment defects and damages, and performing calculations for facility management services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as maintaining operator obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy and Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or Real Estate Management, or equivalent technical certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical building maintenance or related fields.
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge, with excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
  • High level of organizational and coordination skills, with proficiency in MS-Office applications and fluency in German (at least C1 level).
  • Class B driver's license is a plus.
