Dutch Sales Specialist

Are you a sales professional with a passion for the Dutch market? Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Dutch language and culture? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Sales Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to clients in the Dutch market, offering guidance to enhance business performance.
- Analyze social media advertising metrics and make calls to advertisers regarding their ads and budgets.
- Identify trends and potential issues early on and propose ideas for impactful advertising campaigns.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call success, successful implementation of marketing strategies, attendance, and pitch rate.
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level).
- Strong proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
- Base salary: 33,000 euros gross per year (2,750 euros gross per month).
- Performance bonus: Up to 7,500 euros annually.
- Language bonus: 300 euros per month.
- Corporate benefits: employee discounts on various goods and services, such as clothing, telecommunications, cinema, travel, etc., up to 25%.
- 4 weeks of fully paid training.
- Edenred Voucher Card: Receive 40 euros (net) on your card for every full month of 100% attendance.
- Referral Bonus: Receive a bonus for referring a friend.
- Relocation Bonus: Up to 1,900 euros for those relocating from outside Germany to Berlin; up to 700 euros for moves from other cities in Germany (minimum distance of 100km from Berlin).
