About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled People Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Forto. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze employment-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain people metrics for regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, presenting findings to key stakeholders across the company.
- Provide data-driven insights to assist in workforce planning, productivity measures, and performance/talent management programs.
- Support all people-related projects and processes by leveraging comprehensive data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Forto's People Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of people analytics with broader business strategies.
- Lead and support People analytics projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented People initiatives and strategies, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in People analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in People data management.
- Proven ability to translate data and trends into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to advise and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across an organization with 40+ nationalities in Europe and Asia.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a builder mentality.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them from inception to completion.
