Job Description

• Collect coal samples from the processing plant
• Prepare samples using a cone mill and swing mill, and divide them into smaller portions
• Analyze various parameters, including moisture, ash, and sulfur content, and determine particle size distribution using sieving analysis, and determine the compressive strength of briquettes
• Visually inspect briquettes, check their dimensions, and document them photographically
• Measure the tensile strength of briquette packaging (bags, bundles)
• Measure core temperatures
• Coordinate with the shift supervisor to collect samples and transmit values via phone
• This task is to be performed in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday)

Requirements

• We welcome newcomers and work intensively with them
• Carrying coal samples up to 15 kg over short distances is not a problem
• Class B driving license
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking are a prerequisite
