Key Responsibilities:

As an AI Solutions Developer at Hannover Re, you will be responsible for designing and developing pilot solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. You will work closely with software developers and users to realise all steps from concept to implementation of digital solutions for the entire Hannover Re Group.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and practical experience in technologies such as machine learning, large language models, retrieval augmented generation or natural language processing as well as relevant knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure and AWS), container applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and the development and provision of APIs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal customers as well as external service providers and suppliers.
  • Ability to organise tasks independently and coordinate with other team members.
