Intensive Care Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Marketing Manager for ICU to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying international needs and trends in intensive care, evaluating them for Dräger, and deriving marketing activities from them.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate international needs and trends in intensive care to develop marketing strategies for Dräger.
- Translate technological benefits into clinical context to understand customer needs and clinical language.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing Managers to further develop Marketing for the field Intensive Care.
- Plan, conceive, and deliver relevant content to attract potential customers, inspire customers in the long term, and increase brand loyalty.
- Ensure the intercultural and business relevance of marketing activities through active collaboration with regions and countries.
- Have a degree in business administration, engineering, or healthcare with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree and at least several years of professional experience in the medical field, sales, B2B, marketing, or product management.
- Familiar with the processes and procedures in the intensive care unit, either through working in a hospital or due to hospital-related/medical experience.
- Have a strong network of international key opinion leaders in the field of intensive care medicine or be willing to build one over time.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and have intercultural skills and a strong ability to persuade others.
