Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
  • Fachliche Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie deren leistungsgerechter und zielorientierter Einsatz
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden und unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Personalentwicklung des Teams sowie Verantwortung dafür, dass Qualifikation und Leistungsfähigkeit den Anforderungen der Zukunft entsprechen, inklusive der Einlastung von Qualifizierungsbedarfen sowie der fachlichen Eingliederung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Motivation des Teams sowie Verantwortung für die Arbeitsatmosphäre innerhalb dessen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Kollegenbeziehungen, Führung, Ablauforganisation, Informations- und Mitsprachemöglichkeiten
  • Operative Fach- und Leistungsverantwortung, insbesondere für das qualitative Ergebnis des Teams, sowie die Definition erforderlicher Ziele für das Team
  • Springerfunktion bei personellen Engpässen sowie erster fachlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Kunden
  • Verantwortung für den Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts im Team-Umfeld (z. B. CRs)
  • Aktive Teilnahme an den Leitungsgremien des Teams (z. B. AL-TL-Meeting)
  • Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters bei der jährlichen Leistungsbeurteilung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen

Zusätzlich erwarten Dich diese operativen Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei Akquise und Bewertung von Neukundenprojekten
  • Sicherstellung eines abteilungsweiten Wissensmanagements
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Abteilungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern und Abteilungsleitung
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung der unterstellten CoC-Koordinatoren
  • Übernahme von übergreifenden Aufgaben und Teilaufgaben in der (Haupt-) Abteilung
  • Mitwirkung an regelmäßigen Kundenrücksprachen auf Leitungsebene
  • Zielgerichtete eigene Weiterbildung mit Hinblick auf persönliche Fähigkeiten sowie Produkte und Prozesse
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Test und Absicherung
  • Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung von Energiespeichersystemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung, Projektführung oder Teamführung
  • Persönliche Identifikation mit den Werten eines modernen Führungsverständnisses
  • Starke Identifikation mit der EVA und FEV Group sowie mit dem Kerngeschäft der Ingenieursdienstleistung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Selbständigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
